Delivery and refund policy

Delivery 

For Quebec, the applicable delivery charges are $10 for purchases under $80, and free for all purchases of $80 or more . Delivery charges are 15$ for Ontario and 20$ for the other provinces and territories in Canada. Different conditions may apply for remote areas.

We ensure to send orders within 4 working days, and the normal delivery times which are 1 to 7 working days are added.

Unfortunately, we do not ship our products internationally for sales license and liability reasons.

Le renard noir is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. In the event of a customer error in the delivery address, additional costs may be charged to you to compensate for this error.

Refund 

Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with each of their purchases. Thus, it will be our pleasure to discuss with you and resolve any problematic situation as soon as possible.

In such an event, please contact us within 10 days following the reception of your item to request a refund, credit or exchange. All merchandise must be returned to us at the customer's expense in order to qualify for a full refund, excluding delivery charges initially incurred upon purchase. Refunds will only be allowed upon reception of the items.

In the case of an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days following reception with supporting photos, and we will replace the item at our expense and as soon as possible.

In the case of a request to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible, because once the order has been shipped, you will have to assume the return costs in order to obtain a credit or a refund. .
